Anybody know how long after removing Arabidopsis seedlings from a MG132 treatment I have to wait to have a fully active proteasome?

I wanna do a CHX chase assay but before the CHX treatment I wanna pre-treat the seedlings with MG132 to prevent degradation before the assay start.
