Which region and immigration topic are you interested in? There are some region specific immigration journals and you can find immigration topical issues in many social science or humanities journals spanning from literature to anthropology, geography, public policy, business and human resource management.
For a broader search, you can browse journals and papers by keywords in directories, e.g. ''migration'' in DOAJ: https://doaj.org/ or Taylor & Francis Group http://www.tandfonline.com/action/doSearch?AllField=immigration
On the other hand, mind that if you are looking for specific migration topic, you may have to use other words and journals may not necessarily include ''migration'' in their title. For instance, in the English-speaking world terms like "'foreign professionals", "expatriates", ''global HRM'' and ''multiculturalism" will be used when referring to skilled migrants.
The mention of Iran and migration invoked an article I have come across on foreign students from Iran in the US. I was surprised to learn there is a strong concentration of engineering graduates among them.
I don't know which type of migration you want to study/publish and whether it should be published in a regional journal but you can consider area studies and look for Middle East content (e.g. http://www.tandfonline.com/toc/fmes20/current). You can look at Turkey's journals (on the internet or in the directories mentioned) - I know they are working towards a greater visibility, impact factors, etc.
Other journal directories of interest might be JURN http://www.jurn.org/directory/ and BePress http://digitalcommons.bepress.com/online-journals/
Springer's journal mentioned above is good and it has global coverage but such journals would likely publish only scientists whose names are already widely known and cited. More than the publishing society, it is the journal that should matter - how probable it is that they would be interested in your article, etc.
I would also recommend the movie America, America produced by Elia Kazan. It is about a Greek who flees the Ottoman Empire for America in the late 19thC-early 20th C.
International Migration Review, Journal of Ethnic and Migration Studies, Ethnic and Racial Studies, Population and Development Review. There are others too but these would be the main ones to start with.
LENGUA Y MIGRACIÓN (LANGUAGE AND MIGRATION) publishes original, theoretical, empirical and methodological articles, which analyze the linguistic and communicative reality of migration, considering the study of all the social and linguistic elements that concur in the process of sociolinguistic integration, including acquisition of second language.

If you are interested in Greek migration as an example in immigration studies, I recommend the books of Professor Anastasios M. Tamis. Some of his books are available thru the Google book search whereas others may be attained directly from the author. email: [email protected]
Just follow th elink below, you will find some 100 jorunals on migration (some however on biology, cell migration etc, but you should be able to sort them out). The database also shows, which of the journals are freely available.
