Hi everyone, I am looking for zero-background surface functionalized coverslips especially biotin coated coverslips for the single-molecular experiments on TIRF. I used to use the ZeroBkg brand coverslips from Microsurface, inc. (MSI), but recently they ceased their bussiness. Has anyone tried other brands or heard from MSI for their further movement? Or if you have experience of making such ultra-low background and nonspecific coverslips, we are eager to cooperate with you. Much appreciated! Thank you.
