Agricultural waste is high in organic carbon and minerals, which is formed by the biological activity of plants and animals. It can and should be used in a sustainable way so that there would be no loss of organic carbon. Organic waste should be used in the production of biogas, manure/compost or biofuel, so that it can be utilized in a sustainable way and causes minimum harm to environment. Moreover, the by-product of biogas plant and biofuel industry could be again used in agriculture as organic fertilizer., which will serve the source of nitrogen, carbon and several other soluble minerals.
On the other hand, fly ash is the inorganic particulate of carbon and other minerals which is formed by burning the organic agricultural waste. This cause the loss of organic carbon from the ecosystem and causes air pollution.
