I want to expose MCA for further occlusion but fail to precisely remove dura mater. Are there any tips to do it without damaging underlying tissue?
use an insuline syringe needle (28g), but bend the tip first, by simply tapping it gently on a flat surface. you will basically have a hook, with which you can easily and safely peel off the dura layer.
Dear Federica Bianca Rosselli ,
Thank you, it really helped.
