I have different samples of polyaniline-graphene with different doping level and graphene loadings. I want to study it for super capacitors applications
Please can you tell me that is there any screening parameters, so that I can select only few of them for super capacitors studies??
what composite matrix did you use? what are the various concentrations, and conductivity levels?
Polyaniline-Graphene composite with HCl doping and other without doping.
The conductivity of doped is more than dedoped.
Also others samples with different loading and the sample with maximum loading (5mg/ml) have more conductivity.
So you mean you don't have any other polymer or any other "stuff" in which the PAni/graphene is dispersed, right? ok.
I would definitely not use HCl as dopant, but para-toluene sulfonic acid.
Moreoever, I don't know whether graphene has any advantage - I would use standard graphite (and I had used it during some previous work on supercapacitors). I had filed a patent application (filed by my previous company Ormecon) together with Nissan Chemicals (JP), you may search for it.

Yes you are right, In my sample only PANI and G are there.
and wants to know that samples with more G loading are better for these applications or with less loading?
I means can we suggest on basis of conductivity?
Is there any relationship between conductivity and super capacitor performance?
according to my (limited) experience, above some minimum conductivity (should be at least 0.1 S/cm), super capacitor performance is not dependant upon conductivity. But it is dependant upon *stability* of the composite. "stability" means, how often can you load / unload. I found, graphite / PAni is best. Definitely, you should not use HCl for doping PAni.
we found (years ago) that optimal stability and performance was achieved with a graphite/PAni composite.
