C3 and C4 plants is physiological item founded every where not only in Egypt. C4 crops like sorghum and corn. However, C3 plant like wheat and barley. 

Try to get any reference book in physiology, you will find what are you looking for !! Good luck

The basic premise to  find out C3 versus C4 plants will never change , regardless of any geographical location , Mahmoud. 

Mahmoud ，I think C4 plants are more adaptable in Eygpt than C3 plant due to the factor that C4 plants are more adaptable to environment with higher temperature, strong sunlight illumination and drouth than C3 plants. I know a kind of plant called phemeranthus is good.
