microwave and infrared are far difference in frequency and still none of the camera right now available with that much bandwidth give the information of both the bands.
if you mean far infrared there are some technologies that could fits your needs.
Semi conducting NTD bolometers are still efficient and a frequency of about 2THz (see the Hershel satellite in example). On the superconducting side there are some groups that are trying to extend the operating bands over that regime with kinetic inductance detectors (next gen BLAST experiment).
Actually in the 1-2mm regime Transition Edge Sensors are the state of the art technology (see SPIDER, BICEP, SPT, EBEX).
