I dont trust any email that call for attending conference. Actually what I did twice to overcome the doubt of the authintication of the conference is that I contacted the relevant embassy in my conunty [which correspond to the home coutnry of the conference] with the website details for the suggested conference. In both caes, I recieved answers with clarifications. You may do the same.
