I was doing research on capacity credits of renewable energies. I am looking for databases that might contain High resolution data with hourly/daily for Loss of load probabilities and other metrics that are helpful to calculate capacity credits about a farm?

I am looking for Wind data specifically. I would be interested in having Loss of Load Probabilty, Loss of load Expectation, and forced outage rates. I would be extremely glad if someone could point me to a dataset that has these values with a maximum resoultion of 1 hour. It would be extremely helpful.

Your answer will depend on the region you are and the electricity operator (ISO) for that specific region. Let's say for Berlin you have to find who is the regulatory body that manages the electricity market and transmission lines. They have a database of all available generation sources and their respected capacities and in most cases they will grant access to that database.
