Your english grammar needs work - the question makes no sense, that is probably why no one has answered it - but I assume you mean where can I get information on the detailed design of coal gasifiers?  Assuming that is so, I have the follwoing:

From any of the many vendors of such gasifiers - SES, GEE, Siemens, Shell, Lurgi, Uhde, Envirotherm GmbH (Slagging Lurgi), KBR and others. They will , of course only provide such information if you are paying them for a license and then only under an NDA.   If you just want general information on gasifiers, Chris Higman has a very good book "Gasification", and there is also "Industrial Coal Gasification Technologies Covering Baseline and High-Ash Coal",  by Martin Gräbner..  You would be ill-advised to attempt to build anything on the basis of this information or anything else in the open literature.
