Some papers i've read talk about "strategic agility", some others talk about "organizational agility", but they all agree on the fact that agility is - an organization, or - a firme ability to "anderstand" environmental changing and adapt the firm.
In my opinion, performance measures, can be found in the "Balance score card" (Norton and Caplan). It gives both quatitative and qualitative measures, that we in some cases "should be" linked to different elements that lead to agility.
