Hairuddin Mohammad , my research topic focusing on tendering stages of design-build last time, but i had modified my topic last month, now i am focusing on the whole process not only tendering stage :) Finding its benefits is to build up the literature review for my research.
I keen on researching on tendering stage of DB project is because some researchers had stated tendering stage involved high risk on cost, but there also has benefit of DB tendering stage, such as Early Contractor Involvement, DB contractor able to produce conceptual design before the contract is award. But the researching progress is not smooth, thus, in the end my research topic is modified.
