I'm searching for a freeware tool that I can use to easily model a TSP/VRP solver to further continue my research on multi-day VRPTW. e.g: a tool that I can import a VRPTW benchmark from Solomon's sets of benchmark or Gehring and Homberger's benchmark and visualize it in a 2D grid and write my own algorithm or tweak some local search's actions preferably with a default solver ready. The optimisation software XPRESS has a visualisation tool, I believe. See here:

It also has a high-level programming language of its own, which should enable you to do things like local search without too much trouble.
Never used it myself, though.
