I would like to know if anyone here has experience in using PRAAT to measure articulation features of English fricatives or affricates. Image 1 shows production of the word "they" by an EFL student, whereas image 2 shows production by a native speaker. I would like to measure how much difference there is in friction of the learner production in comparison to the native speaker.
