Any one suggest binding of HSA (Human serum albumin) with hemin either its exponential or liear?

According to this paper (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23923575), HSA binds heme in a 1:1 stoichiometry. Therefore, you should get a hyperbolic (i.e. saturating) binding curve.
