It is difficult to discredit all those witnesses who have seen them, some of them are top scientists, generals, pilots, policemen, etc.
When I visited an isolated native reserve in Canada everyone wanted to take me in a secure place and tell me about all these alien showings they have. Everyone was scared to go in public and be ridiculed or labelled crazy, etc. They all told me a similar story with pictures of footprints left in the sand. I would not discredit them, some of them have been my students, now professional teachers. They speak the truth. In fact the evidence is so overwhelming, to deny the presence of aliens should render someone crazy. It is probably the same people as those who deny climate change is happening (like Donald Trump).
Yes and no. Anything you see for the first time could be alien. There is even a belief that human are aliens that must have landed here many years ago.
More so , The universe is so complex and conscious which means that life is even on other planets or life was on others in the past.

If they exist they are too far away. We will never know if they exist or not. It is like they do not exist at all. It is like God. The difference is that some people see miracles and in this way they refer to God.
There is no reason for the Earth be the only planet in such a huge Universe with 1,000,000,000,000 galaxies each one with an average of 100,000,000,000 stars, what means 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 stars. Why only 1 has intelligent life? why would a God create such a big playground only for us?
Surely there is intelligent life out of the Earth.

What people describe they've seen sounds very suspicious to me.
Physicists and astronomers say physical rules are the same in all universe. Think about cars. All of them look more or less the same. Same shape, 4 wheels, engine, lights, fuel. They all look almost the same. F-1 race cars are virtually the same. Indy cars are almost exactly the same. Even buses and trucks are all somehow alike. The same with ships and aircraft. Why is that? Science and technology. Aerodynamics. Engineers study and develop the best upmost machine designs. Physical rules surely only allow to reach to a universal limit. I imagine that there is a physical limit that will be achieved by any intelligence and above this limit no one is able to go.
So, considering the possibility of travelling in space-time I imagine every civilization could only get to this exact limit and no further. So, under this supposition, I imagine that every UFO should have the same upmost aerodynamics, format, fuel, to travelling in the space-time. But what do we hear? We hear about flying-saucers, flying-cigars, flying-cylinders, flying-triangles, flying-spheres, flying-pyramids, and even a flying-bell has been reported. For me, all these forms and shapes are together a strong proof that no one has really seen any extraterrestrial machine. No one has ever seen an alien aircraft. All evidences presented by the so called ufologists do not prove anything about aliens or an alien aircraft.

I have seen an alien (defined by someone coming from somewhere other than planet earth). It was very fast, and had zero mass. It had travelled from the sun, straight to pay a visit to the earth.
