We have waters company's UPLC Xevo TQD with MassLynx software If any one know how to operate these instruments with MassLynx. if so can you send the step by step protocol.

Yes, we know how to operate this instrument with MassLynx, but with all due respect, this question cannot be answered. The XEVO triple quadrupole MS is a sophisticated instrument, that needs an experienced mass spectrometrist. A step by step protocol to run this instrument is not applicable at all, there are too many possible side steps. A look into the manuals might show You that things are too complex. Training courses for the instrument should be the next step.

"I know LC part." - Well that is very helpful, but you need far more knowledge and info to start to use the MS portion. You should get proper hands-on training from an experienced professional BEFORE you start to use the system.

Perhaps someone at your school has formal training in LC/MS? You need local help, not "web-based" help. These are highly specialized systems and no book, web forum or webinar will teach you all that you need to know.
