Dear Getinet, a simple google search throws back lots of info you might use, e.g. materials by OHCHR, HRC, Panel IDP last June 2018. Besides, UNHCR, OCHA... I have come across many documents in my own research where claims made on refugee status are open to IDPs and explicitly mention them, so I would start at that and then look for experts consulted for each of these cases. Yes, I agree with Ana. Also, the EU must hold plenty on the Balkan wars. And, maybe the AU holds some on North Africa in recent decades?
