In preparing a series of academic illustrations we're looking for an open source DTM for the Croatian islands of Palagruza. If anyone has, or knows of such a model, we would be very grateful

I suggest to you the SRTM Digital Elevation Model (DEM) 1 arc second, with approximately 30 meters of spatial resolution.
These DEM are made available by the USGS through the link:
https://earthexplorer.usgs.gov/
But if you want to work with a better resolution DTM/DEM, you should try ALOS PALSAR DEM. Available at: https://vertex.daac.asf.alaska.edu/
In both cases, the models cover almost every globe in full and most likely the Croatian islands of Palagruza are included.

Hi Vince,
I remember that few geodesy students from Zagreb were surveying Palagruza with 2 professors in order to derive DTM. I think it was someones' undergraduate thesis. I'm really bad with remembering names but Kiro should remember that instantly.
