It depends on if you are looking at it from a behaviorist or cognitive standpoint. But I would recommend looking into the Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) literature. Try checking out the following journals: Journal of Organizational Behavior, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology.
