Hello !

I prepare an article to submit to Sage publication (Urban studies Journal), and i submitted it after few days i get a message from Journal administrator says:

"If you could please ensure that your manuscript is formatted to single column and headers/footers are removed as these are automatically generated on the system, it would be greatly appreciated. Please also ensure that your tables/figures are removed from the main text and uploaded separately or at the end of your main document. If you are able to submit an editable version (such as Microsoft Word) for the initial administrative check, it would be greatly appreciated. "

I am using Latex format and i fix the first error (single column)

but i still have an issue " Please also ensure that your tables/figures are removed from the main text and uploaded separately or at the end of your main document." is that mean i shouldn't put my figure at the text at , if this mean should print only the caption of figure or i should print the figure itself at end of the text??? i use figcaps to do this (i use latex).

any help.
