I'm seeking guidance on how to determine and refine the ranges of runoff loss parameters for backfilled material. Although this is specifically for surface water assessment in mine closure, any advice on backfill parameters in general would be appreciated. While we understand that the composition of the material influences these parameters, I'm also interested in any well-known correlations with other factors, such as permeability rates, that could increase our confidence in determining both initial and constant losses, as well as any other loss parameters applicable to surface water modeling.
