I`m intending to extend a research-in- progress paper that I have published in conference to a journal paper. In the conference paper, I have developed a conceptual framework as the outcome of the research. Now, I have conducted a qualitative research to refine and extend the developed conceptual framework. I`m looking for some papers as examples to understand how I need to write the journal version of the paper. I would appreciate if anyone could send me any example of how to present the findings of qualitative research as the extension of a conference paper.

Don't use the word "extension" in this context. It will dupe you into thinking that this process is easy. If you have read the Wiley Editorial cited above, you will realize that everything must be renewed, refreshed, re-reviewed, re-researched, re-assembled, and redone. So regard your journal article as new Research, albeit in an area you have already been working in. Regard your conference paper as merely being a proposal for Research to be done.

Conference papers are mainly formed based on abstract versions, specifically in extended abstracts. However, journal papers are formed in fully fledged headings. As original question regarding examples, I have nothing to upload to you, but hope the explanation may help to you to understand the differences of both.
A conference paper can be extended to a reseach paper in a jouranl is 50% paper is changed.Also when you sen it to the journal,let them know that teh paper has been presented in a conference.Ideally when a paper is presented in a conference,then the concept gets checked in the conference for teh same.It is alsways better to present a paper in teh conference and then take a critical feedback and then send it to a journal.
