Any alternative to Promega's discontinued HeLaScribe Nuclear Extract kit ?

I am looking for an alternative product/protocol to Promega's discontinued HeLaScribe Nuclear Extract kit (E3110) for in vitro transcription. What I need is RNA pol II & associated transcription factors that would recognize a CMV promoter.
