I have been reading about the theoretical use of AFP (alpha-fetoprotein) in the delivery of chemotherapeutic agents to neoplasms that express AFP receptors (i.e. hepatocellular carcinoma, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, testicular cancer, etc.). Does anyone have personal experience in the clinical use of this therapy or has anyone been following updates in this research avenue?
