I would like to taste the antimicrobial activity and determine the Minimal Inhibitory Concentration (MIC)of vegetable oil, can any one help me to know how i dilute my oil to have different cocentrations ?

You might consider most of the recommendations would give you a "result" that is pretty meaningless. Essential oils are often diluted in DMSO for testing, the results of which are theoretical and meaningless as DMSO is not used in essential oil application. Most practical applications of importance are in context of an aqueous environment in which vegetable oil have very limited presence.
