Hello, I always used storage conditions recommended by the provider. In general, in most of the cases, aliquots and freeze a -20 (avoiding freeze-thaw cycles) is the most recommended option. However, what to do in case of an antibody which should be stored at +4 degrees? Should I aliquot and store it at +4 degrees? For how long should I store it at these conditions if it is not specified? My supervisor recommended to always aliquot and freeze antibodies (even if there is written to store them at +4). In some cases it is even specified not to freeze them (FITC conjugated antibodies). I am really unsure what to do about it. Any recommendation? Thanks a million in advance
