Hello, can anyone recommend an antibody for the detection of mCherry from plant extracts? We have recently ordered one of the antibodies form Thermo, and it is rather poor. Bright red cells under the microscope, but hardly any signal on the membrane. I don't care too much about specificity, detecting other fluorescent proteins would not pose any problem for my applications, and detecting Orange and RFP would even be a benefit. Thanks, Johannes
