Does anyone know of an antibody anti-IL-17 for IHC in mouse liver tissue (FFPE)? I'm trying to detect Th17 cells, but every paper I can find deals only with human cases.
Among the 40 murine clones directed against human IL-17A that we posses, 5 of them cross react with mouse by FAX, but if some are functional in humans in FFPE these 5 clones there were never tested FFPE, only acetone fixed frozen sections
If you are interested in testing them you can get them from our distributors such as NOVUS B. or ENZO Life.
I recommend an antibody database available at labome.com. For antibodies to IL-17 you can use the following link: https://www.labome.com/review/gene/human/IL-17-antibody.html. In particular, Santa Cruz Biotechnology has IL-17 antibody (Santa Cruz, sc-374218) suitable for immunocytochemistry. Also, Proteintech Group offers IL-17 antibody (Proteintech, 13082-1-AP) used in immunohistochemistry. In addition, BioLegend provides IL-17 antibody (Biolegend, BL168) suitable for immunocytochemistry. You can check the references and the description of these and other IL-17 antibodies following the links.
