Are you talking about ADCC, CDC, or some other mode of action such as receptor mediated endocytosis or functionalised mAbs? Also, it is not quite clear whether the antibody should be human, or that the target is human (or both?).

Hi, thanks for your replies. I should have been more accurate, I meant inducing cell death as a result of direct signalling, not cell-mediated. and target is human.
