ANSYS Ansoft Maxwell or HFSS for AC resistance over 0.1MHz to 10MHz in coreless PCB inductors?

Dear all, i have a question. If i am only interested in AC resistance for coreless PCB inductor over frequency range, 0.1MHz to 10MHz, do i use Ansoft Maxwell or HFSS? in Maxwell, i can directly obtain the AC resistance. however, in HFSS, i need to calculate the AC resistance using S parameters which is difficult. if HFSS is prefered then can anyone also guide how i can calculate AC resistance using HFSS?
