hello Evry one !!! 

I found the solution for the question today.

in windows 8. shortcut for the Workbench wont come. so what i did is,i installed ANSYS in WIN7 and searched for the location when i traced back in WIN8 in my PC i got it. finally i could able to open it.

the location was :                                                                                                         "C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\v150\Framework\bin\Win64\runwb2.exe"

you can see this in your programme list from start screen and than from there create shortcut

but what u said is, should happen once if software is installed but, i checked everywhere even in the Sofware destination folder also but to launch ANSYS nothing is there.

Dear Praveen, You can better check the license is running with license admin once. If its running you can directly go to the licensed installed drive and launch the ansys workbench. Still if there issues better to approach technical support of ansys which is situated in pune.
