What statistics do I use if this is my problem:
What is the relationship between classroom management and leadership style of teachers along planning, leading, organizing, and controlling?
The four are areas that determine leaderships styles of teachers.
I'm confused if the question needs ANOVA or MANOVA.

There are two possible solutions as ı know.
1. If classroom management (CM) is dependent variable and leaderships styles of teachers (four styles) (LSoT) are independent variables, use one-way ANOVA.
2. If LSoT (four styles) are dependent variables and CM is independent variable, use MANOVA.
NOte: we accept LSoT as categorical variables.

You should use MANOVA when the number of dependent variables is two or more. If the number of dependent variables is one, you should use ANOVA.
