Titus Adeyemi Alonge it isn't completely clear what it is you are trying to accomplish. It sounds like you need more of a decision analysis than a statistical analysis.

What I got from the original question is that you have three sets of samples that are the same—I assume you know the metric that the instruments are measuring. And, you are testing three instruments to see which is best for future research or use. You'd like to consider the least bias (i.e., least departure from truth) and most precise (i.e., variance, CV). Maybe you also want to consider cost and or processing time.

I'd suggest using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) for decision analysis. This is just one of many, many decision analysis tools. However, it is fairly common and I think accessible for first time users.

I agree that you need to give use some clarification. For example, are you doing a one-way ANOVA with three different "treatment" categories?

I do agree with the suggestion given by David Eugene Booth who has suggested to chose one instrument to run with all three groups and do the corresponding ANOVA.

However, I like to add one more suggestion. I do suggest to go for meta analysis of the the three sets of findings obtained from applying three instruments.
