Analyze of Nyquist plot?

I have a structure of thin films of La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 as the bottom contact, PbZr0.2Ti0.8O3, and copper/gold on top of it. The substrate was Strontium Titanate oxide. The whole structure from the bottom is STO/LSMO/PZT/Cu/Au. PZT thickness is 100 nm, LSMO 30 nm, Au and Cu 25 nm each.

I measured dielectric permittivity and recalculated specific resistance from it. What we could tell from this Nyquist plot about this structure?
