check out your calculations. are you using excel or what exactly? as you know the diagonal numbers should be all equal to "one" check the values for rows, and columns, check the number you are subtracting from and the ones you divide by I mean at the final step you have CI=lambd-1/ n-1 value and that might be the problem, in any case, you can check out my two published articles regarding AHP method. regards
Yes found the problem in one of the participant values makes of Geomean value of CR high.
