Hey everyone,
for my master thesis I have conducted a an experiment incorporated in a questionnaire, with 2 different stimuli.
I have discussed with my tutor, hat I'm gonna use SPSS for (M)ANOVA etc. and SmartPLS for the structural model, MGA, and further analysis...
Now I'm wondering, which software I should use to check the validty and reliability. Should I do the validity & reliabilty check in SPSS and the run the ANOVA etc. And afterwards again checking the validity & reliability with SmartPLS (evaluating inner & outer model)?
Or is it sufficient to just evaluate the model in SmartPLS (remove items, if necessary) and the perform the ANOVA in SPSS, without having to check everything again..?
I hope my question is clear:)

@Hannah Establishing the reliability and validity of the data using Smart-PLS would be enough. For ANOVA, use composite variables (taking observed variables left in the final model in Smart-PLS).

So I guess it's fine, if I do it the following:
1. Evaluating the outer model
2. Evaluating the inner model (paths)
3. Conducting (M) ANOVAs to analyse ddifferences between stimuli groups
4. Multi group analysis and further analysis
Does that sound about right?
