To me that doesn't look like an isopod. I would rather say an Harpacticoid copepod (see maybe family Peltidiidae).

I’m currently working on diet analysis of juvenile fish community from the seagrass in Seribu Archipelago, Indonesia.

the diet are mostly copepod especially harpactiod copepod, yet i found some difficulties to identify even it into genus since lack of reference and manual.
