Yesterday, I asked myself: In order to bypass the BBB, why don’t we simply open the skull, and just inject the Tumor? Of course, the injection must be prior tested onto the patient-derived-cancer-Organoides!
So, no Tumor-debulking, this way, we avoided any potential neurological deficits resulting from a Tumor-resection-surgery!
The injection must be absorbable only by Tumor-cells and not normal functioning cells. We could find that out by preform the previously mentioned test on PDO!
Tumor superficial=> easy to access
Tumor deep=> the corridor stereotactic ensured
It is a local injection, so we have put the patient on the safe side regarding to usual side effects!
