Dear esteemed colleagues, I would like a start a discussion about what seems to be a slow rise in TB. The clinical presentation was described by most of the cases as "similar to the vaccine reaction / how COVID started", which included most of the following complaints:

- Lymphadnopathy, myalgia, sleep disturbance

- Either / or : Upper respiratory tract infection - GI symptoms

- weight loss

- History of COVID infection / 3rd dose vaccine within a year

Unfortunatley i cannot share more details until I get a formal IRB approval, but I hope to know whether this is local or worldwide..thing!
