Hello everyone,
I am using CE Model: PA800 plus Pharmaceutical Analysis System (Beckman) to identify certain amino acids (tyrosine, phenylalanine, glycine, tryptophan, glutamine and glutamic acid) by using buffer : 60mM Na2HPO4, 30 mM SDS, 20% Tween 0.05%. Using detector with LIF and FITC as derivatizing. But I cant reproducibility, has anyone ever used this EC to ideticar these amino acids?
