I am doing linear regression research assignment where I have to research how does mathematical scores and gender (independent variables) affect to natural history scores (dependent variable). I am not sure am I interpreting gender's dummy variable (female = 1, male = 0) right in the coefficients table.
Am I right by interpreting that females are getting on average 10.9 points less natural history scores than male?

This is your assignment. So, I tried to explain it using a hypothetical example so that you can interpret it in your own way.
Say, you have y ~ beta0 + beta1*age + beta2*sex+ beta3*income,
where gender takes two values (0 = male, 1 = female) and male is the reference category.
Say, the beta estimates are -5.6 for beta0, -2.3 for beta1, 0.3 for beta2, and 1.1 for beta3. Then the interpretation for beta1 is: on average, y was 2.3 units less for each unit increase in age, after adjusting for sex and income. Similarly, interpretation for beta2 is: on average, y was 0.3 units higher among females compared to males, after adjusting for age and income.

There is a difference in how to interpret unstandardized regression coefficients (labeled as "B" on your output) and standardized regression coefficients (labeled as "beta").
Unstandardized regression coefficients indicate the number of units of change in the DV (history score for you) per unit change in a given IV, when the other IV(s) is(are) controlled for. The standardized regression coefficient tells you how many SDs the DV is estimated to change per SD change in the IV. The metrics are different.
Your query makes it sounds as if you're confusing these.
