I work extensively with Objective data (Time Series for Temperature, Relative Humidity, Heat Flux Measurements, Air Velocity etc.) and Subjective Data (Comfort Perception and preferences). Till now I have been mostly using Plotly and Matplotlib for data visualization with Python. I was wondering if anyone can suggest other alternatives that can serve my purpose?
If your're working in Python already I would suggest looking into Seaborn. It's built on top of Matplotlib, which means you can use anything that already exists on there, but they really streamline a lot of the plot building for analysis. It also helps that it was made to work out of the box with Pandas dataframes, so if you're already working with those it's a very attractive solution.

In your case I think Seaborn could be a good choice, but I would also suggest you 'plotnine', which is a ggplot2 based Python implementation. It is a powerful tool for mapping data to the visual objects that make up the plot.
