The main challenge we have in undergrad education is engagement - except when "it's for marks". Gen Z's do value 'collab' and group work is a valuable component of assessments.
Our point of difference as a business school is creativity (we were initially started by an ad agency). I would like to investigate a conference paper on creative forms of submissions. For example, I had one group present their results as a rap song (that one wasn't for marks). I want to explore alternative means of presenting assignments. And I mean alternative. Modalities such as karaoke, singing, lyrics, libretto (and any other three-act structure), a TV episode, short play, screenplay etc etc.
I need help on two fronts: what pedagogy theories would be relevant lenses, and also if you could add to the etc etc.
Many thanks
