As we are facing major problem of plastic misuse which threaten the
many more soil physiochemical process Viz., soil mositure movement, soil temperature.
If it is avaialble as biological material it will act as organic matter.
This is the important discussion towards environment related issues in agriculture and needs due attention. Plastic is used in agriculture mainly for drip irrigation, mulching and green houses etc. So far as the mulching is concerned we must resort to straw mulching if needed to regulate temperatures and moisture. Water efficient crops and Short duration culyivars could be used. If necessary something good quality plastic can be used which comparatively is less harmfull than Spurious one....

thanks sir, as everincreasing novel inputs used in agril. production practices the biodegradable alternative required for better recycling that also add OM and ecofriendly .
