I am looking fort help to develop algorithm in MatLab for battery charging with state of charge in consideration.
The battery is to be charged by solar PV.
Solar PV as well as the battery have to supply load that varies at each hour.
Has anyone worked in a similar area?
If you know the MATLAB, then you can try for the same. Basically I am working in fabrication and characterization of Organic PV.

There are two charging modes in a battery, which are boost charging mode and float charging mode.
Boost charging: This mode of charging is done when the state of charge (SOC) of battery is 90% (i.e., battery is charged). During this mode of charging constant voltage is supplied rather than constant current.
