What is the opinion of the professor you collaborated on the proposal for this unpleasant situation?
What did they tell you? In other words, do you know the reason for their refusal?
They say there is a limitation in the number of intake on fellows. But the fact is that they informed me minutes before deadline. They let me work for months, while they could informed me earlier.

It need to know any person in this "prestigieuse" Foundation , with the centre in Germany, but in reality in Colombia...
I has an experience via the collegues, normally exploitation of germanic students was compensated by Diplome.

The professor has no voice and power, an has to agree with the administration. He is indeed upset with the situation.
