I have a question about the aggregation induced effect (AIE) fluorophore
AIE is active when the concentration of water increase, because in this condition it generate solid particle.
In normal state in solution, it does not show fluorescence because such molecule contains rotation group which can do non-radiative decay.
And this give me a question about AIE.
What would be happen if the concentration is low enough not to make particle in cellular condition.
In this case, does such molecule requires enough concentration to make particle? or any concentration is fine ?
For example 100 nM is still ok to see AIE.

AIE is related to concentration and solubility. So I think in a certain medium a certain concentration needs to be maintained to observe AIE. Typically in a solution phase fluorescence study a concentration of ~10 microM is used so in general I will not expect a particle formation for 0.1 microM solution, alteast for organic molecules. But cellular condition is not a homogenous phase. Even if concentration is 100 nM it is possible that certain pockets of the medium have much higher accumulation (concentration). Though the concentration will vary which might lead to some aggregation among dyes (H-bonding, van der Waals interaction, hydrophobic effect) I would not expect them to form particle/precipitate.
