Dear Colleagues,
Could anybody please tell me why Parametric Analysis of Gene Set Enrichment (PAGE) in agriGO v2.0 needs too long time? I input 1770 probe identifiers (rows) with two extra columns of fold change data, my job has been submitted successfully. The analysis is running, 'Parsing query list availability ... Done' but it seems analysis never stop ..... ?
Does anybody have any experience on it?

Dear Mohamed, Unfortunately not until now. But I neglected to find the solution after my question addressed in this forum.
Further, I added my e-mail address for inform me when the analysis finished. I checked also my Job ID of my current analysis submitted to AgriGO PAGE. However, I checked the process after 1, 2 and 3 days, and the my PAGE has not finished. So, I do not know , what is the problem - actually. :(

The same problem with me! PAGE analysis still runing since 2 days! however SEA analysis is very fast!

Thank you for the answer. Yes, that is the problem. Could you tell me about the size of your dataset submitted for PAGE?
Because I submitted cca. 2000 accessions with logFC values of three different experiments (3 columns). And I checked the process with the job ID, but it has not finished for me.
Did you try to contact with the developers in China?

For me, I submitted 3500 acsessions with LogFC of 4 conditions. No I did not try to contact the developers. I am trying to do the analysis with another tool (GSEA).
